My Growth and Learning in the Second Quarter

 During the Second Quarter, I learned many new lessons that helped me grow both academically and personally. I understood deeper concepts in subjects like Science and English, especially in research and argumentation. I also improved my communication and teamwork skills through group projects and presentations. These experiences taught me how to manage my time better and study more effectively.


Some challenges I encountered were managing deadlines and understanding difficult lessons. There were times I struggled with balancing schoolwork and personal responsibilities.



To overcome these challenges, I started making a study schedule and setting small goals each day. I asked help from my teachers and classmates whenever I needed clarification. I also practiced self-discipline by limiting distractions and reviewing lessons regularly. These actions helped me perform better and feel more confident in my studies.


Moving forward, I will continue to improve my learning habits and stay consistent in my studies. I will aim to participate more in class, manage my time wisely, and seek growth in every challenge. I want to end the school year with better grades, stronger values, and a positive mindset toward learning.

 As part of our school's Nutrition Month celebration, I had the chance to participate in exciting activities that promoted healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness. One of the key highlights of the celebration was the food fest, where I got to indulge in a variety of nutritious dishes prepared by our classmates. I also cheered for my classmates during the nutri-jingle event, showing their creativity and dedication for promoting healthy eating habits through music and dance. Their energetic performance were truly fun, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Through these activities, I learned the importance of nutrition healthy eating habits in our daily lives. I realized that small changes in our diet and lifestyle can make a significant change on our health and well-being. I'm grateful for the experience and look forward to applying the lessons I've learned to make healthy choices throughout my life.

 Hi! I am Paul Jake Caoile. I was born on September 24, 2010.I am atleast 175cm tall and atleast 55kg in weight. I live in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. I graduated elementary school in Cabugao North Central School and currently studying here in ISNHS.
