This image shows me pulling out the unwanted grass so that unwanted pests will be minimized and may take away the essentials needed by other plants such as water, and sunlight When I was done digging out the unwanted grass, I got myself a new sack to seperate it from other wastes   And lastly, this image shows me watering plants to lessen costs for food items, and planting rubber tree for exterior appeal

Reflections in ICT: First Quarter

Looking back on the first quarter of Grade 10 ICT, I learned about the internet timeline and the people who made its growth possible. I discovered how the internet began as ARPANET, how it connected the first computers, and how contributors like Vinton Cerf and Tim Berners-Lee helped shape what we now use every day. Understanding their work gave me a better view of how technology has advanced and how it continues to influence our lives. One challenge I faced was keeping track of the many names, dates, and key events. At first, it felt overwhelming to memorize everything and see how each development was connected to the next. I addressed these challenges through creating a simple timeline and reviewed it regularly. I grouped the contributors based on their inventions or roles, which made it easier to understand the sequence of events and their impact. This approach helped me study more effectively and appreciate the progress of technology. Moving on, I will continue to improve my knowle...

Nutrition Month Celebration: My Contributions

Image
As part of our school's Nutrition Month celebration, I had the chance to participate in exciting activities that promoted healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness. One of the key highlights of the celebration was the food fest, where I got to indulge in a variety of nutritious dishes prepared by our classmates. I also cheered for my classmates during the nutri-jingle event, showing their creativity and dedication for promoting healthy eating habits through music and dance. Their energetic performance were truly fun, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Through these activities, I learned the importance of nutrition healthy eating habits in our daily lives. I realized that small changes in our diet and lifestyle can make a significant change on our health and well-being. I'm grateful for the experience and look forward to applying the lessons I've learned to make healthy choices throughout my life.

My letter to the President of the Philippines

Image
Dear President,  As a concerned student, I am writing to bring attention to importance of nutrition and health education in our schools. Although your reign has been tough due to various reasons, I hope that you can still fulfill the promises you’ve made, especially the decreasing of rice’s price range, as it is the most needed food source of us, Filipinos. I would also like to request your administration consider supporting programs that will help promote healthy eating habits, nutrition awareness, and physical activity among us students. This can be achieved through school-based programs, workshops, and collaboration with health experts and organizations. By investing in the health education of the youth, I believe that we can build a healthier society, and will help you regain your trust of your fellow Filipinos.  Thank you for your time and consideration, Mr. President References: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bongbong_Marcos https://pcgsanfrancisco.org/the_president/
